New job and changes to the vehicle system

Okay, there's a new job now. It's Car Jacker. The job location is in Montgomerry.

Commands: /takeorder - get the vehicle that the garage needs | /delivercar



Also, there's an option to upgrade car lock and alarm now, as well and an ability to break into veihicles and hotwireing them (private cars only):


Lock level 1: 60 seconds needed to break into the vehicle
Lock level 2: 120 seconds needed to break into the vehicle
Lock level 3: 180 seconds needed to break into the vehicle
Lock level 4: 240 seconds needed to break into the vehicle
Lock level 5: 300 seconds needed to break into the vehicle

Alarm level 1: Alarm is player from the vehicle for 20 seconds
Alarm level 2: Alarm is player from the vehicle for 20 seconds, police is notified about a car theft in progress in the area
Alarm level 3: Alarm is player from the vehicle for 20 seconds, police is notified about a car theft in progress in the area, marker for cops is shown on the minimap with a more precise location.

Also, in case your stats don't save, ask via /helpme to get /forcesave command executed on your account.

Nicely made, but on the topic if any of ye will act stupid and non rply with these (aka jacking the cars during mid day in a very public place with the owner near) I would seriously give out a good ajail.

Marcus you should also make it give the player an SMS when he fully upgraded the alarm when his car is being jacked.

That's plain stupid.

This brings more RP possibilities, aswell makes the server even more realistic and fun.
