The 'Devil's Disciples MC' is a one-percenter outlaw motorcycle gang, primarily operating in central San Andreas area Red County. The Federal Bureau of Investigation ( FBI ) and Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives ( ATF ) both classify the DD MC as a crime syndicate; their activities vary. It includes extortion, prostitution, murder for hire, drug and arms trafficking, auto theft, money laundering, assault and racketeering.
The club was formed in the 1990's in San Fierro, San Andreas, by a group of teen-age bike-enthusiasts. In the start, it was all about riding Harleys, taking part in parties and getting wasted. As the years progressed, however, the DD MC expanded and formed working partnerships with drug cartels and other one-percenter outlaw motorcycle gangs. The first major blow that the gang suffered from law enforcement was in 2007, when a several members of the Club were arrested on a variety of charges. This included possession of illegal substances, assault, drug trafficking and murder for hire.
Many of the Devils who were incarcerated, however, would soon approach white prison gangs in the San Andreas prison system. This is reflected today, as the gang often assists in drug and weapon smuggling into the prisons, along with a eventual jail escapes and other criminal endeavours. The inmates usually pay the Devils off by joining them after they finish their jail sentence. The Devils have continued to flourish to date as an independent motorcycle club in Red County after a several events.
The 'Devil's Disciples MC', originally named 'The Devils MC' is a one-percenter gang which was founded by teenagers Alex Webber and Shane Kerrigan in the 1990's. Before founding the club, Webber and Kerrigan had originally planned to join 'The Lost' MC which was based in Liberty City. Due to undisclosed conflicts in requirements, Webber, Kerrigan and a few others were turned down by The Lost.
Following their rejection from The Lost, the duo then established a small-time motorcycling club in answer to the earlier mishaps in their TLMC membership. Naming it as 'The Devils MC' , its first chapter was established in Doherty District of San Fierro. Due to them being teenagers, the club became very appealing to the younger generation of bike-enthusiasts. The club insignia was designed by Kerrigan. In 2003, after Webber turned 33, he stepped down from the club's presidency and Kerrigan assumed the club presidency. By 2005, the San Fierro Chapter membership drastically increased - from 18 bikers, it exploded to over 50 patched members. As a result, The Lost MC took notice, confronting Kerrigan in a closed door meeting held in the Devils MC club house. The meeting turned into a blood brawl between the two motorcycle clubs after The Lost MC's President, Michael Townsend, "disrespected" Kerrigan infront of the Devils MC officers. Four members of Devils were killed during the clash.
Subsequent to the fight that broke down between the clubs, Kerrigan immediately took action. A few weeks after the incident, several Devils were ordered by Kerrigan to burn down The Lost's Club House. This unpleasant event took several The Lost members' lives, including Townsend. The incident would later be called, "Hell Raising".
In December of 2007, after a long string of trials,Kerrigan's most trusted associates were sentenced with life imprisonment. After that, Kerrigan, as claimed by his former associates, turned into a violent paranoid biker who had most of his members tortured, claiming they were spies for the government. A few months after he went 'mental', the Devils' constitution was amended for the second time. The name 'Devils MC' was changed to Devil's Disciples MC, in reference to the 2005 „Hell Raising" incident, where the MC was seen as devil's associates, raising hell.
2012, Shane Kerrigan, the veteran President of the Devil's Disciples MC , seen as the terror of San Fierro, moved to Red County to find peace and unite bikers once again.
PresidentThe main man. He has authority over the whole club and makes all the important decisions. Nobody can outrun him in discussion; when the president speaks, everybody else shuts their mouths. He gives orders to other members and keeps them in line. His vote usually counts as the biggest vote.
Vice PresidentThe most trusted member. His job is to make sure that everything inside the club goes well when the president isn't around.
TreasurerA treasurer's job is to organize different events such as fundraisers or motorcycle rallies, collecting debts, dues and fees and finance the club.
Road CaptainCan usually lead a crew of patched members, prospects, and some associates. Can host weekly rides and be the front man of those rides.
Sergeant at ArmsThe enforcer of the crew. Makes sure everything within the club is in control and that everybody goes by the book. He can order other fully patched members, prospects or hangarounds to take care of something, beat somebody to a pulp or to go and collect a tax and so on. A sergeant at arms also takes notice of other prospects and can recommend some of them to the higher-ups to be patched if they have done enough dirty work.
Full Patch A fully patched member of the club who has gone through the initiation period as a prospect. They have earned their patch and they represent the club with pride; they also attend 'church' and can tell the new prospects what to do, when to do. Equivalent of a made man in a mafia family.
ProspectNew to the club. He doesn't have the right to fly the center and top rocker and has to prove his loyalty to the club by pretty much doing everything the full patched members tell them to do; a prospect doesn't say no to an order given by a full patch. Their job is to get the drinks, clean up the club house and trash and ride along with other members. Being a prospect is not easy and your guts will constantly be on fire to test whether you deserve to be a full member of the club or not.
HangaroundBasically someone who is totally an outsider to the club and attends their parties, motorcycle rallies and other events. A hangaround doesn't have to become a prospect if he doesn't want to. Most prospects observe the club as a hangaround before joining it to get a clear picture of how things are done. Supports the club by buying their merchandise and so on.
