I see no Civil Services faction in the "Unofficial" or "Official" boards, so I don't really know for who does that Worker work for, and why should he repaint the wall.))

(( Look uh... It's gang... it's for fun, not for OOC argue. If you... Really have problem with all this, then keep it for yourself. I had OOC problems with many factions, but I really didn't come into their faces telling what's right or what's wrong. Because it's country side it doesn't means there should be rednecks faction or whatnot.

You can't say what's right or what's wrong, no one can. It's all for fun sakes and Roleplay, nothing else. Don't understand me wrongly either. ))

(( Convenient.. Oh, and yes. I am pretty sure someone would have seen you, whilist the guards tend to check the surroudings from time to time. Even if you'd manage to make a tag, it would be half-way done. But whatever, no one RPs witnesses nowaday, which is a slight problem..))

*She stops for a moment, inspecting it, then heads inside*

*After a little while, an individual that's apparently working there comes up with a few tools and begins repainting the staircase under the observation of herself*

*During the work, she takes a few notes in her note book and after the work is finished, one of the two gorillas guarding the entrance is sent to watch over the staircase*

*Some random guy with a hoody driving a Ford GT stops by and helps the poor man with washing off the grafittis*
*He also seems to have some fun with the foam generated from the soap*
