Sure its a pain. but It teaches Strategy, and Not just run and gun.

Flash, Sweep the room, Check the corners. Check doors. Watch for Bombs and GUnmen.

I remember SWAT 1. When you had to go through the ENTIRE training Course, and Actually Type it all out, The Test shootings, and.. Hell, That was the Real Legit S.W.A.T. And Swat 4 is Similar. Just no typing.

You can't play online anyways if you downloaded it. I tried to do it with my friend, didn't work. If anyone knows how to, plzzzzz tell meh.

There's a crack that lets you play online.

To all of you that think SWAT 4 gets old and boring.

If you can get a copy of SWAT 4 TSS, I'm currently playing on a server with increased difficultly and many mods. The server owner really worked hard to get it up and going, I can tell. Another thing is, its they're always adding new stuff. Not bad for a seven year old game.

Be warned, the ROE system take penalty against the player. If you use a lethal loadout, be very careful. Only shoot the suspects if they're aiming at you, another officer, or a civilian.

And dear god, please don't kill a teammate or a hostage. Your penalty points will skyrocket.
