Did you ever had a gun? [Knifes Firearm etc etc]

Father's in the army, 9 Month ago before he went to Afghan (He's back now) he was preparing the equipment. I was allowed to hold a P226 SIG Pistol. But they wouldnt let me fire it :C.
After a long painful amount of asking and whining, I was finally allowed to fire a Sniper rifle (L96). Never again, my poor ears.

I've never actually owned a weapon however.

I've got an 9mm and Mp5, my current gear, trying to upgrade though, as MP5 is so old retro. But since my salary isnt enough, so isnt my gear up to date. x.x
