Alright. So, Here is the situation.
Seeker managed to get control of the whole server through contacting the host and lying to them.
With help from Kenneth, and a few hours of working at it, we've managed to get it back.
I have full control of it again, and will be putting the server back up ASAP.
I'm re-uploading all the server files, incase anything has been changed by Seeker.
