If you are passing next to the General Store, you will see a black male dead, he has two holes on his neck, like bites
No signs of struggle. No wounds that can indentify the weapon.
His body is clean(poisoned)

*Victor would've been wandering around off duty as he would enter the general store simply for buying stuff*

*As noticing the body, he'd take a look at it, before calling 911, to tape off the scene*

*As investigations would occur, poisoning would be revealed sooner or later*

*Investigators would then start building their case*
